HGVC Maintenance Fees

Maintenance fee payments are mandatory for timeshare owners, so they should always be considered when estimating costs. HGVC maintenance fees are usually required to be paid by January 1st each year. Even if you buy your Hilton timeshare on the resale market, you will still need to pay these fees. Maintenance fees go towards making sure that your home resort is in good shape, so that means funding staffing and any resort renovations. HGVC calculates maintenance fees case by case, so resort and unit type will affect the cost.

Remember that maintenance fees are due every year, even if you are not using your timeshare that year. Not paying your maintenance fees can have a hugely negative impact on you and your credit.

Is Hilton Timeshare Worth It?

There are many perks to owning a Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare that may be worth it, despite what it will cost you. The benefits of their loyalty programs alone, including free hotel stays, might be enough to sway your decision. Of course, the world-class accommodations at over 50 resorts worldwide are also pretty enticing. If you’re looking to travel all around the world, stay at luxury resorts, and make unforgettable vacation memories, then maybe a Hilton timeshare would be worth it for you!

Hilton Vacation Ownership Cost

There are many factors that go into determining how much a Hilton vacation ownership costs. From initial purchasing price to maintenance fees, there is a lot to consider when buying an HGV timeshare. Of course, buying a Hilton timeshare on the resale market will drastically lower the costs!
