Tahiti Village Timeshare For Sale: Escape To Paradise

Tahiti Village Timeshare For Sale Feature

If you’re looking for a family-friendly timeshare near the famed Las Vegas Strip, you’ve got to try Tahiti Village. This charming resort is a tropical oasis, offering a welcome retreat from the chaos of Vegas. Timeshares Only has Tahiti Village timeshare for sale, so read on to learn what this resort has to offer.

Tahiti Village: A Tropical Oasis on the Strip

Tahiti Village is an independent, family-focused timeshare resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Located just off the Strip, this resort is within walking distance of casinos and attractions, like the Sphere and the High Roller observation wheel. Unlike many other Las Vegas resorts, Tahiti Village isn’t directly attached to a casino. Instead, it has more in common with a tropical paradise, offering a quiet respite from the city’s glitz and glamour.

The centerpiece of Tahiti Village Resort is the pool area, which consists of a sand-entry pool and one of the longest lazy rivers in Las Vegas. Everything is carefully themed, with cascading waterfalls and lush gardens transporting you from the Nevada desert to the shores of Tahiti. Two hot tubs also offer a relaxing respite on those cool desert evenings.

Want to treat yourself? Try the Mahana Spa. This full-service spa offers a variety of treatments, including deep-tissue massages and rejuvenating facials. Consider booking a couple’s package to melt away tension with your loved one. A vacation is a time for relaxation, so go ahead! Indulge yourself!

Hungry? Tahiti Village has a selection of restaurants sure to satisfy. Have a casual meal at 17° South Booze and Bites, or grab a slice at Arturo’s Village Pizza. If you’re looking for a drink, be sure to visit one of the resort’s tiki bars. Or you can grab a quick bite at the Village Cafe or the shave ice stand.

Tahiti Village Timeshare For Sale: The Rooms

There are three types of Tahiti Village timeshare rooms for sale that you’re likely to encounter, aimed at different vacation needs.

The Moorea is a one-bedroom suite that sleeps up to four. It comes equipped with a sofa bed and a simple kitchenette that’s perfect for snacks and light meals.

The Bora Bora is a larger one-bedroom suite, which includes a balcony, a full kitchen, and an in-room washer and dryer. There’s also a bathroom with a steamer shower and a jetted soaking tub. The Bora Bora is the perfect luxury option for small groups.

For the ultimate experience, The Royal Tahitian is a palatial two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, in-room laundry, outdoor seating, and a bonus kitchenette. That’s because the Royal Tahitian combines a Moorea with a Bora Bora, so you can shut the connecting door for extra privacy if you want the kids to have their own space.

Nearby Attractions

Las Vegas has more attractions than you could possibly hope to experience in one visit, but Tahiti Village makes things a bit easier with a complimentary shuttle bus to nearby the Excalibur Casino. Experiencing the strip is easy, but there’s a lot more to Vegas than just gambling. Here are some other attractions to consider during your stay.

Town Square Las Vegas

If you’re looking for a family-friendly shopping experience, Town Square Las Vegas is the perfect destination. Located just minutes from Tahiti Village, this outdoor mall features a collection of shops and restaurants in a romantic, Main Street-inspired setting. Familiar shops like Whole Foods, H&M, and the Apple Store mingle with more exotic offerings, like a dinosaur adventure, a shop specializing in slime, and a DIY Jewelry studio.

Town Square Las Vegas also hosts regular holiday events, including visits from Santa and the Easter Bunny. Depending on when you go, you can catch live entertainment and other limited events. It’s definitely worth a visit the next time you’re on Las Vegas blvd.

Sphere

Looming over Tahiti Village like an electric sun, Sphere has quickly become the most iconic feature of the Vegas skyline. However, it’s just as impressive on the inside, seating over 17,000 people before a media plane that’s 160,000 sq ft! IMAX has nothing on this place.

Sphere’s signature show is its take on The Wizard of Oz, transforming the classic film into an immersive 4D experience. You’ll feel the winds of the tornado that whisks Dorothy to Oz, and the heat of real pillars of flame as The Wizard makes his grand appearance. The film has been upscaled to fully surround you, mixing classic footage with high-definition backgrounds. It really feels like you’re there.

If you’re lucky, you can also catch a live show at Sphere. Bands like No Doubt, Phish, and the Backstreet Boys have limited residencies at Sphere, combining the venue’s signature spectacle with their greatest hits. Tickets sell out fast, so be sure to plan ahead.

Spy Ninjas HQ

Is your kid a fan of YouTube challenge videos? If so, they’re going to love Spy Ninjas HQ. Founded by YouTubers Chad Wild Clay and Vy Qwaint, this indoor amusement park lets kids live out their secret agent fantasies. The centerpiece of the attraction is a massive, multi-part obstacle course that begins with a thrilling game of tag, ascends into an aerial net course, and then sends players sliding into a hidden, underground maze. More adventurous types can enjoy the two-level ropes course, which concludes with a ride down the longest zip line in Vegas!

Fans of the YouTube series will love the three Spy Ninjas-themed escape rooms, where you’ll race against the clock to stop Project Zorgo from carrying out their sinister plans for world domination. You can also reenact their fruit-chopping videos in their Rage Room. Oh, and don’t worry about food waste: all of the fruit destroyed in the rage room is either converted to compost or used to feed animals at local rescues.

Spy Ninjas HQ is definitely aimed at the YouTube Kids crowd, but its proximity to Tahiti Village and partnership with the resort make it a great choice for a family fun day. Plus, there’s plenty for adults to do as well, even if you’re not up for a game of Ninja Tag. The axe-throwing lanes are aimed at an older crowd, with interactive moving targets. Oh, and you can also throw ninja stars, because what sort of Spy Ninja would you be without that? Alternatively, you can try one of three immersive VR experiences, or just test your skills in the arcade.

AREA15

AREA15 has been described as an Urban Burning Man: a sensory feast with attractions for all ages. Think of it like a mall, if every store were a portal to an alternate universe. In one storefront, you’ll find a spaceport offering trips into deep space. In another, you’ll discover the Continental Hotel from John Wick, beckoning you into a world of assassins and intrigue. Throughout the complex, you’ll find incredible art installations, world-class eateries, and glimpses of a deeper story.

There are two anchor attractions at AREA15: Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart, and Universal Horror Unleashed. Omega Mart is an interactive art installation disguised as a grocery store. As you wander the aisles, you might find a portal hidden among the whimsical products. This attraction is appropriate for all ages, though young kids might be scared by dark places or the occasional hacker intrusion. Universal Horror Unleashed is a permanent version of Universal’s popular Halloween Horror Nights mazes, aimed at older guests. With houses inspired by The Exorcist and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, this thrilling attraction isn’t for kids!

While you can buy tickets for individual attractions, your best deal is to buy an Access Pass. Access Level 0 is free and includes several interactive, app-based experiences. Higher-level passes grant one-time access to multiple attractions, valid for multiple days. Adults can also buy tickets to limited-run events, such as raves and immersive bar experiences.
