Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 3 Check-in time is only from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on your scheduled check-in day. The staff at THE SEASONS RESORT AT SUGARBUSH has notified us that guests must reach out to the resort to confirm they have received your RCI reservation. Please call the resort at 802-796-7669 one week prior to your arrival date. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. You will need to contact the Seasons Resort at Sugarbush at least one week in advance to verify your confirmation and to make sure you understand that your check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. **The Seasons Resort at Sugarbush DOES NOT under any circumstances accept late check-ins. 802-496-7669 Office is not open on Sunday. All calls will be returned within 24 hours. The resort does not maintain an office or front desk. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
