I DON'T have use of Xmas, New Years or Easter First Club Units Membership- Dates are based on Availability This membership gets you, Private check in, club access for top shelf drinks, First Club rooms access. No room service is available. I have extra weeks that I will be renting for 1 Bedroom unit.. AIl Inclusive rates non member applies with my reservation. Sat to Sat being enforced currently by the club. All weeks availability except easter, Xmas and new years. 1 Bedroom unit --$2,000 PLUS ALL Inclusive FEE Must be (Sat to Sat) My understanding is FC are 5-9 and can face either the pool area or thee other hotels. So either side of the towers. AI rate is per night per person based on Double Season 1 182.00 Dec 23- Apr 19 Season 2 163.00 Apr 20 -June 30 and Aug 17-Dec 22 Season 3 171.00July 1-aug 16 If you decide we would do a three- way with reservations you pay them the ALL Inclusive fee and you Zelle me my fee. No refunds on my fee if you cancel, All Inclusive Fee is refundable 7 days 100% then has penalties within the 7 days of arriving.
