Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 20.00 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 40.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 3 ALL Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 6pm. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If you arrive after the office has closed please pick up the courtesy phone on the wall. You will be connected to another resort which is open 24 hours. Please give the caller the property you are checking into, your last name, first name. The caller will give you the code for the silver lockbox next to the courtesy phone on the wall. The resort is NOT air conditioned. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
