Mandatory resort fee is 45.00 USD, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Parking fee is 10.00 USD for all units, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. Per day, for a third vehicle if applicable. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. ALL Guests arriving after 4:30pm on Saturday MUST make advance arrangements with the resort or wait until Monday to check into the resort. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. City snowplows are used when we get measurable snow and can create a build-up of snow at our driveway entrance. The snowplows work at various times and how soon the entrance is cleared is not within the control of the resort. Please carry tire chains, water, and blankets when heading to Lake Tahoe, specifically during the colder months of November through April. The pool is seasonal. Four-wheel drive vehicles may be needed to access the property during winter months as the resort is located on a hill. The resort is NOT a 24-hour property. Power is often affected due to power surges and snowfall, heavy snow on power lines, which affects the whole South Shore. In-person check-in is from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, and closed on Sundays. Resort units are two-story townhomes with interior stairs up to the bedrooms. The rooms are not handicap accessible due to the interior stairs. The resort allows two vehicles per unit reserved. If a third vehicle is requested, the resort must be contacted in advance to inquire about space availability. There is a per-day fee for the third vehicle. In person check-in is 1PM-4:30PM, closed Sundays. Resort units are two story town homes with interior stairs up to the bedrooms areas. Arrivals after 4:30pm Saturday guests MUST make advance arrangements with resort or guests will NOT be accommodated until the following Monday. The rooms are not handicap accessible due to the interior stairs. No smoking is permitted on resort property but is permitted on the surrounding property outside. 4 wheel drive vehicles may be needed to access property during weather/snow/winter months as the resort is located on a hill. Resort is NOT a 24-hour property. Power is often affected due to power surges and heavy snow on power lines, which affects the whole South Shore. City Plows are out often but at times excessive snow builds up at driveway entrance (timing is uncertain for clearing) which is out of resorts control. Please carry chains, water and blankets when heading to Lake Tahoe, specifically in the winter months (November- April). Two vehicles allowed per unit. Contact resort in advance to inquire if a third is requested, as there is a per day fee. The pool is seasonal, and typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, depending on weather.
