We inherited this annual fixed Week 14 timeshare at Club Tahoe in Incline Village and would like to pass it along to someone who will enjoy and utilize it. The ownership is for Unit 2, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that sleeps six. It has two queen beds, a loft with two twin beds, a full kitchen, fireplace and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Week 14 generally falls in early April each year, around the beginning of Lake Tahoe's spring season. Club Tahoe is convenient to nearby skiing, restaurants, casinos, and other North Lake Tahoe activities. The resort also offers indoor and outdoor spas, tennis and racquetball courts, a game room, billiards, a seasonal pool and more. Resort policy includes no smoking and no pets.
Offered for $1.00. We will pay the transfer and closing costs. Currently, one additional timeshare week is also banked and will transfer to the new owner at closing for their additional use. The new owner will be responsible for future annual maintenance fees after the transfer is complete.
Please see the ClubTahoe.com for additional photos and a more detailed list of resort amenities and information.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
