No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Most units have exterior and interior stairs. There are multiple flights of stairs to access most units. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Unit change is NOT allowed unless an emergency exists where the confirmed unit is down. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times while at the resort. Barrier Island does NOT allow reservations for less than 3 nights. Violations will result in cancellation. Resort is currently replacing furniture in the units as delivery and supply chain allows. Not all units and furniture can be done at once. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
