This is an ocean view studio unit at Marriott Aruba Surf Club. Ocean View Locations: Compass Building or Spyglass Tower, floors 4 and up. The Marriott Aruba Surf Club is a large destination resort with every amenity you could ever want. It features a restaurant, bars and multiple pools, including the lazy river, adult only Serenity pool, hot tubs, a water slide, two children's pools (one with a small sand beach), and a swim up bar/restaurant. There is a fitness center, children's playground, game room, and children's club. A spa is next door at the Marriott Ocean Club. Activities include beach volleyball, shuffleboard, ping pong, tennis, aerobics in the pool, and basketball. Onsite waterfront equipment rentals are available for all water sports; Sea-doos, paddleboards, tubes/floats etc. boat rides, parasailing and tubing rides can be reserved at the waterfront. Great location and walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. Beautiful expansive beach with aqua water, beach bar, palapas and umbrellas for shade. Fantastic "boardwalk" in front of the hotel that goes for miles. Superb sunsets. Each building has washer & dryer. The studio unit sleeps four adults and has a queen size bed and a queen size pull out couch, a table and 2 chairs on the balcony and a table and 2 chairs in the unit. In the bathroom, there is a single sink, toilet & shower/tub combination and hair dryer. Each unit has a safe in the closet, an alarm clock and ironing board and iron. Mini-kitchen has microwave, toaster, small fridge, coffee maker, sink, dishes, glasses, coffee cups and silverware. For lunch or dinner, it is easy to barbecue on the outdoor grills and toss up a salad or it's an easy walk to dozens and dozens of nearby restaurants. Renters may be required to pay a one time nominal government environmental levy and a nominal daily timeshare tax (both subject to change).
