This is actually TWO ADJACENT but separate units (called a LOCKOUT). One
is a one bedroom and the other a studio. They are on the 6th floor of the
original tower building. Each unit sleeps 4 and has full kitchen,
bathroom, balcony and ocean views. The one bedroom unit has an additional
half bathroom and whirlpool tub. There is no internal access between the
two units. The price includes both units.
NOTE: ONLY the one bedroom has a king size bed. The studio has a queen
size bed. Both have a queen size convertible sofa.
The rental is non-refundable except if the resort does not make the unit
available.
Fees payable to the resort or government of Aruba are not included.
We are original owners of these units and have been renting them for many
years.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
