Spinnaker Flexible Ownership Program

Spinnaker Resorts offers owners increased flexibility and choice through their Spinnaker Flexible Ownership Program. Three resorts on Hilton Head Island are available to owners during their particular season, including Waterside by Spinnaker, Egret Point by Spinnaker, and Southwind Villas. Each individual ownership is protected by a deeded interest in a specific resort. Spinnaker Flex Ownership weeks can be space banked and traded with RCI to give owners access to thousands of exchange destinations across the world. Amenities will vary per resort.
