Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per unit, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. The resort does not have handicap suites. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. There is no parking for trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles. The resort is unable to assist with unit changes or upgrades. There are two motorcycle rallies during the month of May causing noise and heavy traffic. Contact the resort for exact dates. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
