Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Deposit is collected upon check-in. A photo ID is also required. No motorcycles Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. ALL Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in. Pets are not allowed. Call the resort in advance to discuss special needs. Units are assigned upon arrival. Units are not oceanfront and do not have ocean views. Smoking is not allowed in units. Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Bike Week occurs annually during the last three weeks in May, creating heavy traffic and noise during these weeks. Motorcycles are not allowed on the property. No trailers are allowed on the property, however, the front desk can provide guests with a list of local rental facilities that may be able to accommodate trailers, for a fee. All units are non-smoking, including the balconies. The lobby and registration desk are located on the 3rd Floor/Lobby Level. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you.
