Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. The lobby and registration desk are located on the 3rd-floor Lobby Level. Smoking is not allowed on the balconies. No trailers will be allowed on the property. Check with the front desk for a list of facilities that may be able to accommodate your trailer for a fee. Bike Week will occur during the last 3 weeks in May every year. Heavy traffic and noise may increase during these weeks. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
