No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. 1 bedroom units for 4 are most suited to 2 adults and 2 children as they are small. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. This resort does not accept cash, therefore a credit card is necessary for all purchases. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. The resort requires each condo to be booked under a different name. If multiple units have been booked by the same person, please call RCI and purchase a guest certificate to adjust the names on any additional reservations.
