Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Daily 3 Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. This resort does not offer mid week cleaning. This resort does not offer daily maid service. Smoking is not allowed in units. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. A credit or debit card is required at check-in. The resort has two-story buildings with units on the first and second floors. Second-floor units have stairs to access units and NO elevator. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
