Parking fee is 15.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Parking spaces are limited. No large vehicle parking No trailers No RV parking Minimum age check-in is 21. Maximum occupancy limits are enforced. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Smoking is not allowed in units. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. No smoking is allowed in units, and there is a USD $300 fine for violations. Must be 21 with a photo ID, and credit card, plus the reservation must be in your name to check in. The front desk is open 24 hours. Please notify the resort in advance to get late arrival directions. The loading/unloading zone is across the street from the resort, with a 15-minute parking limit. Self-parking is one block away and there is a fee. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations.
