Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory fee. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Smoking is not allowed in units. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. The front desk is open 7 days a week. Hours of operation are 8am to 6pm. There may be many steps to access the units, and stairs inside the units. There are no handicap-accessible units at this resort. Please be advised that due to the local area being a seasonal location, some amenities and activities in the area are not available through the winter season. Motorcycles are not permitted within the gated amenities area of the property. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
