Located directly across the road from the beach and the Oceanside Pier,
this Mediterranean styled resort is one of my favorite Wyndham resorts.
All units are equipped with fully furnished living areas, a full kitchen,
washer and dryer with most units having a private balcony . The resorts
amenities include the tower top lounge, a swimming pool, sun deck, hot
tub, fitness center and game room. There is easy freeway access and
within a short walk, the Coaster train station (gonctd.com) connecting to
San Diegos extensive public transportation system. I suggest that you
visit the Wyndham Oceanside Pier and all Wyndham resorts at
(clubwyndham.wyndhamdistinations.com) then click on RESORTS, and for
local information, the Oceanside.org site and 101 things to do in San
Diego (101thingstodosw.com/sandiego).
Please note that the rental price includes one guest certificate If there
are any name changes etc. the Wyndham guest certificate charge is $99.
Please note that the resort does not allow pets and there is a $250
(credit card) deposit due on checkin.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
