Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee. Parking fee is 22.00 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted. Per day, mandatory valet parking for a fee. No large vehicle parking No trailers No RV parking Minimum age check-in is 21. No No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. ALL Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Smoking is not allowed in units. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. We provide one parking spot per unit. We do offer valet parking for a daily fee. Parking is very limited in this urban area. There is NO space for parking RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles. There is a fee for late check-outs. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. This resort does not accept cash, therefore a credit card is necessary for all purchases. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you.
