Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. A credit card security deposit is required and must be paid during check-in. Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 3 ALL Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Guests have access to use the amenities at the resort they are registered as a guest, and will not be permitted to use the amenities at other CLUB WYNDHAM® properties in the Williamsburg area. Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for an extra fee. The RCI Guest Certificate policy is enforced. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 10am, and times are strictly enforced. Call in advance to arrange a late check-in at the guard gate. Units are assigned at check-in. A credit card security deposit and photo ID showing you are at least 21 are required to check-in. All units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Violators will be fined.
