Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations. The RCI Guest Certificate policy is enforced. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 10am, and times are strictly enforced. Call in advance to arrange a late check-in at the guard gate. Units are assigned at check-in. A credit card security deposit and photo ID showing you are at least 21 are required to check-in. All units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Violators will be fined. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you.
