Parking fee is 12.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Office hours are 8am to 9pm daily, and check-in is at the main lobby beginning at 4pm. After 9pm, call on the beige courtesy phone in the foyer. Check-out is at 10am, and a fee is charged for a late check-out. Pets are not allowed, and violators are charged an extra cleaning fee. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations.
