Pool Deck will be closed from September 5, 2022 to November 30, 2022. Pool Deck including cabanas will be closed for repairs and recoating. Splash bar will remain open. Expect noise during business hours. Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee. ALL Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. The resort does not accept cash for housekeeping fee. The resort is not able to offer unit upgrades. Smoking is not allowed in units. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations.
