Parking fee is 40.00 to 60.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. 1 bedroom units for 4 are most suited to 2 adults and 2 children as they are small. Self-parking is at the nearby Butterick Parking Garage for a fee. Rates end at 1pm on the day of departure. The parking garage is at 840 Sutter Street. There is a loading and unloading zone in front of the resort.
