Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 12.80 USD for all units, per night, per unit. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee is based on the unit size and is due at check-in. Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. ALL Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Smoking is not allowed in units. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Laundry facilities are available at the resort, but not in the units. The resort collects a mandatory Transient Occupancy Tax for the number of nights reserved at check-in. The resort offers a business center in the resort lobby with internet access. There may be fees charged for Wi-Fi internet service.
