Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 108.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee. Optional internet fee is 9.95 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. This fee covers up to 3 devices. Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. ALL Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. The resort requires a credit card imprint at check-in. Daily housekeeping service is not offered because the units are fully equipped. Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. There are stairs to units and no elevator. Smoking is not allowed in units. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
