Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. This is one section of a large resort and some amenities are up to 2 miles from your unit. There are elevators in every building to access units. All guests under 14 must be with an adult to access the recreation center. Pets are not allowed, however, documented service animals are welcome. The actual resort address is 141 Champagne Blvd., however, the check-in address is 110 Willow Bend, Branson, MO 65616, at The Wyndham at the Meadows section of the property. The check-in desk is open 24 hours daily. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Smoking is not allowed in units. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
