Notes: Spring Break and Spring Training - This is the deluxe one bedroom
villa 530 square feet, you can see the floor plan by searching for
"Westin Kierland villas". Once rented we will change the reservation into
your name. Includes internet, jacuzzi bathtub, access to 4 pools, lazy
river, spa, golf, tennis, walk to over 40 restaurants at Kierland Commons
or they will shuttle you. Westin /Starwood rents this for over 5xx night
plus 15% tax through their system.
I am an experienced owner and can answer most questions about the
Kierland and the area.
Vistana has added a one-time $38 cleaning fee for any occupancy after
1/1/2020 which the villas MAY (this has not happened in last few years on
my reservations as I am a long-term owner with high status) charge you on
your statement.
