Please note: This resort is located north of Kaanapali Beach, near
Kapalua. Kaanapali Beach and areas north of it did not sustain damage
from last years storms.

Do not take a chance on where your rental villa unit is located. It
could be being a dark, claustrophobic unit, or a first floor unit facing
a noisy playground. Many holiday rentals are Floating, which means they
are randomly assigned based on available inventory.

are guaranteed this unit every year, New Years week, by deeded purchase
so you know exactly where you will be when you contract.

The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort is just that..... a full service
resort, not a timeshare.. It provides the same type of luxurious
amenities one sees at the Westin hotel resorts. There are restaurants, a
full-service spa, workout facilities with locker rooms and showers,
kiddie camp activities for children, concierge services, waterfront
activities, etc.

There are several lovely pools, (including a children's pool with water
slide, a pirate ship playground, and wading pool for little tikes)
surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping, rental cabanas, and
plentiful chaise lounges. The beachfront is directly on site, just off
the pool and lawn, no walking or driving, and the hut provides towels, as
well as renting snorkels, etc.

Restaurants and snack bars are on site, as well as others next door, and
a slight walk down the beach to the sister resort. There is a beachfront
path to walk along the ocean that takes you to multiple other restaurant
locations, and all the way to the main area of Kaanapali. A resort
shuttle provides scheduled transport to Kaanapali Beachs main resort
area, with access to extensive shopping and dining destinations. (For

This two bedroom unit is located on the 5th floor, second down from the
top, of building two. It faces south, and east, the best exposure for
maximum sunlight. Beautiful view from the balcony toward the ocean, the
mountains, the pool, and the beautiful tropical landscaping. The balcony
is a great additional play space for children, or equally enjoyable for
cocktail hour at sunset.

This unit has the added bonus of having a completely new interior. The
units were all remodeled a year or so ago. Beautiful new carpet,
upholstered furniture, bathroom and kitchen remodel, new paint and carpet
throughout the building The new color scheme of pale blue, cream and aqua
is so beautiful and tropical. The kitchen has been remodeled, with brand
new GE appliances.

The two bedroom condo is entered through a foyer area that separates the
studio style portion from the one bedroom portion. These two areas can be
treated as one large unit, or separately locked off for greater privacy
if you so choose. Both bedrooms have luxurious bedding, and sophisticated
contemporary bathrooms.The tech updates are great, with multiple places
and ways to charge devices.

The larger one bedroom portion has a master bedroom with a king size
Westin Heavenly bed, as well as a lounge chair with standing lamp that is
great as a reading nook. There is excellent storage in the two bedside
table and sizable dresser.and double size closet, Large tv over the
dresser. The expansive bathroom is comprised of luxury materials and
fixtures. It holds a large jacuzzi tub, with shutters that open to the
master bedroom if you want the light and view, or the ability to close
off for privacy. Also, a separate walk-in shower, and a vanity with
double sinks. New addition is the wall dispensers in the shower, for
shampoo, conditioner and body wash!

This apartment style unit also has a living room/dining room, equipped
with a large sleeper sofa, chaise lounges, other lounge chair and dining
table with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen holds a full size
refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and all the accessories one needs for
food prep and dining. There is also a full size washer and dryer.

The studio unit is completely self sufficient, with a fully equipped and
newly remodeled kitchen area. It also has its own laundry equipment.
Besides a king sized Westin heavenly bed, there is a spacious sitting
area with a cafe table and chairs,, as well as a queen sleeper sofa,
coffee table and tv. The attached bathroom has a its own sunken tub and
separate shower, with the same quality of fixtures and granite as the
master bath.
