This Villa has an OCEANFRONT lanai, steps from the beach where you can enjoy breakfast, sunset and dinner! Kaanapali Beach has some of the best snorkeling on Maui. Guests of The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas are able to enjoy all of the amenities at The Westin Nanea as well as The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort North. This OCEANFRONT DELUXE One Bedroom Premium Villa (~1,000 sq feet) is a CORNER villa, the largest on the resort at approximately 100 sq feet larger than a regular One Bedroom: comes with a well equipped full-size kitchen (full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, four-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender), King-size Westin Heavenly Bed and flat screen TV in master bedroom, a spacious Westin Heavenly Bath with double-vanity, jacuzzi whirlpool and separate shower in master bath, granite countertops in kitchen/bath, spacious living and dining areas (6 person dining table), washer/dryer, queen-sized sofa-bed, flat screen TV, Bose 3-2-1- DVD home entertainment system, and in-room safe. The OCEANFRONT lanai is accessible from the Living room & Master bedroom and has a table with 4 chairs and 2 plush chaise lounges (same as the ones at the pool). As the guest of an owner, self-parking & WiFi are FREE and there are NO resort fees. The only additional charge will be the owners occupancy tax, which is approximately $41 per day for an Oceanfront Deluxe 1 Bedroom Premium Villa (Note: an owner staying at the resort would need to pay the same amount of Hawaii occupancy tax).
