This Villa has an OCEANFRONT lanai, steps from the beach where you can enjoy breakfast, sunset and dinner! Kaanapali Beach has some of the best snorkeling on Maui. Guests of The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas are able to enjoy all of the amenities at The Westin Nanea as well as The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort North. OCEANFRONT DELUXE Studio Premium Villa (~600 sq feet, approximately 100 sq feet larger than a regular studio): comes with a kitchenette (full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, two-burner cooktop, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender), King-size Westin Heavenly Bed, Westin Heavenly Bath with jacuzzi whirlpool tub, stand-up shower, granite countertops in kitchen/bath, washer/dryer, living/dining area, queen-sized sofa-bed, flat screen TV, Bose 3-2-1- DVD home entertainment system, an in-room safe, and an OCEANFRONT lanai. As a guest of an owner, self-parking and WiFi are free and there is no resort fee. The only additional charge will be the owners occupancy tax, which is approximately $12 per day for an Oceanfront Deluxe Studio (Note: an owner staying at the resort would need to pay the same amount of Hawaii occupancy tax).
