Per the owner:
One of the best things about owning this timeshare is the ability to
deposit it with Interval International either as a 3 Bedroom or as a 2
bedroom and a studio. The latter allows you to exchange it for 2
vacations. We also have used it as a 3 bedroom unit, which includes the 2
bedroom and adjacent lockoff. This enables our son’s family to be next
door with their own living area and kitchenette, allowing them more room
to spread out and more privacy. We have been able to exchange this
timeshare through Interval to go to other countries, such as Australia
and Scotland, as well as beautiful places throughout the U.S.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
