This is a 2 bedroom lockoff unit, consisting of a 1 bedroom with full
kitchen, dining room, living room, and well-appointed bathroom (both
shower and tub), and an adjoining studio unit. The studio has a queen bed
and sleeper sofa as well as a mini kitchen and dining area; and both have
washer/dryers, luxury bathrooms, and balconies or patios (depending on
the floor). The facility has 3 pools, 5 hot tubs, and is right on the
beach; the restaurants there are good and we often hit the happy hours at
the various on-site bars...
The location is prime - right on the bus route to the city; across the
street from the upscale shopping mall complete with multiple restaurants,
and 3 blocks from another shopping mall with more choices, including a
grocery store!
The Marriott website lists these rooms for $389 studio, or over $2700+
for 7 nights, and the 1 bedroom (if you can even get it) is listed at
$598 per night, or $4190+total during this high-demand period. We're
owners, so get a great deal - and we're sharing that with you! You get
the studio for free!
Here's a video of the place - it's made by Westin for folks who are
thinking about buying, but I love it because it's a great overview of the
property! Imagine you and your friends and family here:

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
