Package fee is 25.00 USD for all units, per usage. Cash or Credit is accepted. An additional USD $1 per pound will apply if more than 10 pounds, a maximum of USD $25 per parcel. Limited parking onsite No RV parking No trailers No large vehicle parking No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 7 ALL This resort does not offer daily maid service. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. If you have a reservation for multiple weeks, staying in the same unit is not guaranteed. If a handicapped-accessible unit is needed, contact [email protected] at least 10 days after receiving reservations to discuss ADA needs. The resort does not offer unit changes, including section or unit type. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
