This is the Myrtle Phase. Units have been updated to meet Marriott standards. They are just beautiful. Comfortable beds, beautiful new furniture, new appliances, and carpeting throughout. The premium one bedroom has a separate bedroom with a king bed, large TV, big closet, nightstands, full bathroom separate shower and two vanity areas, plus a whirlpool tub. There is a full kitchen. Full-sized appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher), and all units have washer/dryer unit. These units have a nice screened patio. The pool area is expansive and has two different splash areas for little kids, plus a slide, and there are lifeguards by the pool. There is also an air compressor by the pool for floaties. There are turtle ponds on the property. Our grandkids love feeding them. The lobby has been updated as well. The exteriors of the unit buildings are painted a pretty gray/ off white color. Plenty of parking for guests. There are NO $88 housekeeping fees as Redweek puts in the ads. This is a beautiful resort. I have other dates for this summer. Lots of 1-2 bedrooms, even some lockoff units, which are larger. The two bedrooms are $1,300-$1,600. Later summer dates are less expensive. I have several one bedroom premiums for rent, all full weeks, all check-ins are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I also have several small one bedrooms for rent, $950 each week, and those are very comfortable for 4 with a queen bed in the separate bedroom, full bathroom, washer/dryer and full but compact kitchen, dining table for seating for four, sofa sleeper in the living area. I do send a contract, I can take payment any number of ways. I take Zelle and personal check mailed to my house. I will take Paypal for credit cards. I have been renting timeshares for 16 years and am an active member of Timeshare Users' Group. I will send you a confirmation with our name on it to show you that this is a legitimate rental. I have no problem with that. I add your name right away, you don't have to pay for the rental to get your name added first.
