There are no $88 housekeeping fees. We own these weeks and don't have to pay fees. These are not booked with Staroptions. I can get ANY date in summer of 2026, as long as it's a Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in date and all weeks are full weeks, not partial weeks. This is the Myrtle Phase. Units have been updated to meet Marriott standards. They are just beautiful. Comfortable beds, beautiful new furniture, new appliances, and carpeting throughout. The smaller one bedroom has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, closet, nightstands, full bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is a compact but full kitchen. Full-sized appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, small counter, cabinets), and all units have washer/dryer unit. These units do not have a patio. I have a lot of dates for these units, $950 for these units. The one bedroom premium has a separate bedroom with king bed, full kitchen, nice big patio/ lanai, washer/dryer, and a nice big living room and a big dining table. I have several of these for rent. They sleep four. All one bedrooms sleep four people with the sleep sofas in the living room. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom has king bed in master, two full/ queen in the second bedroom, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer and a nice big lanai/ patio/ balcony. The pool area is expansive and has two different splash areas for little kids, plus a slide, and there are lifeguards by the pool. There is also an air compressor by the pool for floaties. There are turtle ponds on the property. Our grandkids love feeding them. The lobby has been updated as well. The exteriors of the unit buildings are painted a pretty gray/ off white color. Plenty of parking for guests. There are NO $88 housekeeping fees as Redweek puts in the ads. This is a beautiful resort. I have other dates. Check my ads. I have been on Redweek since 2008 and have had hundreds of rentals. I do send a contract, I can take payment any number of ways. I do take credit cards via Paypal. I take Zelle and personal check mailed to my house. I have been renting timeshares for 16 years and am an active member of Timeshare Users' Group. I am unable to have Redweek verify and protect my rentals, as they require a lot of time to verify. I will send you a confirmation with our name on it to show you that this is a legitimate rental. I have no problem with that. I add your name right away, after full payment is made.
