There are no $88 housekeeping fees. Redweek adds that, and it's not charged for owners and guests of owners. I have dates through June and into August. Let me know what dates you need. I can book August, September and October as well. Turtle pond onsite. Our grandkids love feeding them. You can buy turtle food at Walmart. The units have just been updated and are beautiful and brand new. Nice big TV's. There is a washer/dryer, which is great to have for washing beach and swim clothes. Full kitchen and two full bathrooms, including a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. Great showers. The resort is right by Broadway by the Beach with several restaurants, including Margaritaville and Paula Deen's, lots of others. Lots of great stores as well. We love it here, and Marriott has done a great job of keeping the gigantic pool area nice and all areas are open, including the tall slide for kids over 42". They have lifeguards as well. Units are updated beautifully New furniture, beds, appliances, so gorgeous and quiet and comfortable. There are a lot of activities for kids, including some that have small fees. You will love it. Ideal location, clean and beautiful place to be for family vacation.
