Owner Notes

These are beautifully updated units. Pool area is expansive. Splash zone and pirate ship for the little ones. They love it here. Nice balcony for viewing the lake. The buildings have just been refreshed on the exterior as well. Washer/dryer in every unit. There will be NO housekeeping fee as stated by Redweek of $88. Lots of activities here for kids, many are free, some are $5.00. The units are now managed by Marriott and have had a recent update. New appliances, furniture, carpeting, and cabinetry. It's much improved and beautifully done. I have other dates as well. Most are July and August. And I have smaller units that suit smaller families. I have been renting timeshares for 16 years and am an active member of Timeshare Users' Group. I am well known on that site.
