Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Please contact the resort prior to arrival for assistance with reservations regarding dining and other activities. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. No pets allowed including emotional support animals. Only service dogs as defined in the ADA guidelines are permitted. The Resort does offer complimentary parking, however they are not able to accommodate oversize vehicles, trailers, or RVs etc. Reservations for more than 7 days may require a unit change. Maximum occupancy in a unit is 14 days. Reservations exceeding 14 days will require a unit change. Please fax the resort for any reservations made 24 hours or less prior to arrival, fax 609-266-6292. Members and guests are limited to no more than 4 weeks per calendar year and no more than 3 consecutive weeks at any combination of Club Boardwalk Resorts (DR81, D676, 5302, and 7609). This includes Exchanges, Extra Vacations, Last Call Vacations, and Bonus Weeks. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
