These fees are not included in the total booking price. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Smoking is not allowed in units. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Due to parking pass requirements in the community where your resort is located, check-in is located off-site at 20 Executive Park Rd, Hilton Head, SC 29928. Check in hours are Saturday from 5pm until 8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please call 843-842-6556 and the front desk will be able to provide information for your after-hours check in process. All points midweek check-ins must check in at 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Please notify the resort at 843-842-6556 for instructions for after-hours check ins. Inbounds staying more than 7 nights or crossing into the next week will have to change units. Security Deposit is collected at check-in.
