Mandatory security deposit fee is 150.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Credit card security authorization $150 required upon check-in at the resort. ALL Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Daily and/or midweek housekeeping services may be available for a fee. Please do not try to travel directly to the resort as a security gate pass is required and can only be retrieved at check-in location. Southwind Villas have several stairs to entry. Resort villa are not wheelchair accessible, resort is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
