Daily 3 By completing your reservation, checking-in, and/or visiting the resort, you agree you have had the opportunity to read the Resort Rules, you understand them, and you expressly agree to be bound by them, including (without limitation) the rules pertaining to Assumption of Risk, Idemnification, Check-In/Check-out times, Smoking, Parking and Pets. Smoking is not allowed in units. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. The resort has specific rules and regulations that govern your stay, and the stay of your guests and invitees (Resort Rules).
