Parking fee is 10.00 USD for all units, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. This fee is for an additional parking space, after your first parking space. No trailers No large vehicle parking Yes No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Daily 3 ALL All Villas at Regal Palms units are dual-story within an expansive development. As such, some travel may be required between the front desk, the pool, the villas, and other resort amenities. For additional information, please contact owners' services at at 1-800-775-8463. All timeshare units are in the back of the property. Close-date reservations made less than 3 days in advance are NOT allowed at this resort and will not be honored at check-in. Additional parking may be available per night, for a fee, through the front desk, on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces cannot be arranged for more than one night at a time. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
