Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 15.00 EUR for all units, per night, per unit. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee is from April to October. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. ALL If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. Smoking is not allowed in units. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. No children under 18 can check-in without a parent. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Units are not suitable for wheelchair users or guests who require completely step-free accommodation. Some apartments with fewer steps, but none can be considered fully accessible. Members who wish to make an upgrade or reserve an extra night should contact the resort 3-4 weeks prior to their arrival. The resort cannot make arrangements at an earlier date. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
