or debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo must be provided at check-in
for incidentals and a $75.00 hold will be placed on your card. -Call
Owner Services for special requests such as: pack and play, high-chairs,
ADA accessible units, etc. Special requests are based on availability and
are not guaranteed. -King's Creek does not allow pets. -KING'S CREEK
UNITS ARE SMOKE FREE. PLEASE NOTE: -In the event you are unable to use
the above dates you must notify Owner Services 30 days in advance. -There
will be a $40 charge for any name changes once the reservation has been
booked. -Should you need to change or cancel the dates of your
reservation prior to check in, there will be a $50 charge. -No changes to
check in date of reservation can be made if reservation is less than 30
days out. If booked -No changes to check in date of reservation can be
made if reservation is less than 30 days out. If booked dates cannot be
used, you will forfeit your week. REMINDER; All owner obligations,
including mortgage accounts, must be kept current in order to maintain
your usage status. Pursuant to the Public Offering Statement, failure to
do so will result in cancellation of your reservation and/or exchange

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
