Mandatory amenities fee is 12.00 USD, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. This fee is $12/day per/unit. Limited parking onsite Minimum age check-in is 21. No No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. The resort strictly enforces the maximum occupancy limits for the unit confirmed, and will not allow check-in if more than required shows up. Guest Certificates need to be presented and the guest name on the confirmation needs to be present at the time of check-in. Check-in will not be permitted otherwise. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
