Mandatory amenities fee is 200.00 U.S. dollars, per four adults, per stay, for 2 Bedroom units. Cash only is accepted. Mandatory amenities fee is 100.00 U.S. dollars, per two adults, per stay, for 1 Bedroom units. Cash only is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 200.00 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Prior to travel, YOU MUST CONTACT THE MISSION VILLAS AT SILVER LAKES BY PHONE at 760/243-3089, or you will be unable to check into the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Units do not have landline phones. Most shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are over an hour's drive from the resort. If guests are arriving later after 8pm, they MUST contact the resort in advance and provide specific information about arrival time. Guests will be provided with more information. The resort is non-smoking. The maximum occupancy for one-bedroom is four people, and two-bedroom is six people. Pool is only open from May - September. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
