No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Please contact the resort to make arrangements for late check in if you are arriving after 5pm Monday-Saturday and 9pm on Sunday. Office closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, unless Christmas day is on a Sunday. Office will close at 5pm if December 25th is a Sunday. You must contact us in advance to get the lock box code. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. The facilities at The Tennis Club next door, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and workout facilities are no longer available to guests due to a fire. The resort has its own heated outdoor pool and hot tub. No Pets, please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/service animal policy. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
