Mandatory resort fee is 179.14 USD, per stay, for 1 bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee will be discounted to $169 if paid in cash Mandatory resort fee is 212.00 USD, per stay, for 2 bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee will be discounted to $200.00 if paid in cash Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. ALL If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. There is no cell phone service as the property is very secluded. Coffee filters, Salt & Pepper Grinders, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Kleenex provided. Snowater does not provide coffee or laundry detergent. TV's in units in bedrooms plays only DVD's, no satelite or cable connectivity. Free Limited Wi-Fi available in all units. Office hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday - Thursday and 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday.
